As a first-generation graduate, Tambryanna has always been motivated to guide individuals from diverse backgrounds. She has a higher education, non-profit, local government, and policy background. She is also involved in various missions that promote cross-cultural exchange, leadership and mentorship, social justice, and education equity. Since graduating, Tambryanna has devoted time to bringing college awareness to individuals from all walks of life to help them reach their success goals. She founded College4U during the pandemic to support first-generation students and expose them to the various pathways. Additionally, Tambryanna is passionate about collaborating with and increasing visibility for small businesses and organizations that focus on the community and can aid in guiding and preparing youth for the real world!
