MnEEP’s Race Equity Training Center partnerships empower educators and school district leaders to become champions of racial equity.
Our Race Equity Training Center leaders—former educators and school leaders themselves— work alongside you to identify, examine, and disrupt systems that perpetuate racism, often within the very institutions where we work.
Through our affirming training sessions, K12 leaders and educators will gain the powerful tools necessary to foster inclusive, supportive, and racially equitable learning environments to enhance outcomes for POCI students.
Training sessions are in-person and virtual.
Building capacity for advancing racial equity in education
We build evidence-informed, comprehensive, and customized district trainings to support you, your school, and your district:
1. Build organizational capacity for race equity: Develop the necessary skills, tools, and resources necessary to effectively support and implement racially equitable policies and practices at the district, school, and classroom levels.

From innovative Culturally Validating Pedagogy and Leadership (CVP/L) design to inclusive policy development, our customized approach empowers you to create supportive and equitable learning environments for all students.
